1. Clients must book their appointments in advance. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
2. We require at least 12 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
3. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time to accommodate the next client.
4. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during your visit.
5. All sales of products and services are final. We do not offer small fixes upon the work done, free of charge, only one time.
6. Clients are expected to inform the technician of any medical conditions or allergies prior to the service.
7. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior or violating our policies.
